Great concept - poor quality - Recently purchase top of the range Tacx trainer. Love the feedback from the app while riding. But and its a big but the app crashes. Have tried on iPad and MacBook Pro. Both newish machines with plenty of RAM and disk. During a ride the app will just stop and crash with no warning. Yes it does recover and keeps the ride but this is so poor and annoying. You have built a great bit of hardware and now you need to invest in the software component. At a recent club demo the second crash caused mild ammusement, the third in a 25KM ride had people dismissing the brand for good. Please improve QA and development. Test and test again.

Version 1.15

Film issue - Every time I try to train with a film the vidoe never plays. It continues to buffer the entire ride. Globalsan 5.3.1.562 free download for mac.

Tacx Desktop App For Mac

problems with ant - i like the iphone app over bluetooth but the desktop app has problems connecting and controling my tacx neo 2 over ant . the desktop app also doesnt connect to the trainer room and isnt able to use the workouts in the training plans without recreating them as your own workouts. if they get these issues fixed i would change my rating to a 4. to get the last star it would be good to be able to ride any workout over any video

Version 1.15

video refresh rate is too slow - video stream as you ride is very choppy. Trying to find help on line takes way too long. Why do they have to make everything so hard? Good luck!

Version 1.15

Buggy - The cycle experience is great - once you get it working. Constanly being logged out, the streaming outright didn't work, even with paid version.
